BARDSTOWN, KY – Leaked video footage from a local Louisville rapper exposed a new bourbon company called Party Horses and its suite of bourbon products aimed at a range of bourbon enthusiasts.

“Have you walked down a whiskey aisle lately in your local liquor store?” asked Party Horses founder Justin Delaney. “Make sure you bring a pillow in case you start to doze off. We knew we could create a differentiated offering than just another dark brown, leather-bound, deeply-serious, elitist, cookie-cutter bourbon company. So we did.”

The suite of five bourbon products will cover a variety of ages and flavors, beginning with Party Horses 50mL Shooters.

Party Horses bourbon emerged from a successful tech venture that began in 2022 and leveraged local Louisville bourbon partners. Party Horses hosted a sold-out party featuring musical artist Diplo during a popular weekend of horse racing and jockey gathering. Party Horses made over $200,000 in philanthropic donations across several organizations.

Following the discovery of the possibility of half-horse, half-human cryptid remains existing somewhere along the Bourbon Trail, Party Horses realized their higher purpose lay not in the immediate future of the blockchain but straight from another immutable source: the fossil record. Shortly after the first phase of the Party Horses project concluded in Summer 2022, several members of the team secretly locked themselves away, pouring over historical databases and registries. They regularly used the internet, which is always correct, as their compass.

On a particularly rousing evening at the dig site, Party Horses artist Robby Davis fell into a fugue-like trance and began feverishly drawing a composite sketch named Paddock Bardstown, and what he would have looked like centuries ago. The results quieted the site and put a chill in the air. “I don’t know what happened”, said Davis. “I came to and everyone was acting weird and looking at me funny. It was uncomfortable. Plus, my hand was sore, and my socks were missing, so I went home.”

Research led them to the theory that the remains could be that of the Legendary Paddock Bardstown, whose influence on humanity, they learned, could not be overstated. A shadowy cabal seemed to be suppressing proof of Paddock Bardstown’s existence, and the Party Horses Team ascertained the cabal did so because such proof threatened the fabric of nearly every theory of creation and evolution.

“When Prometheus gave humans fire, the Party Horses movement was already lit,” said CMO Brooks Thomas. “Paddock Bardstown gave fire to Prometheus.”

Founder Chris Wiedmar put it all more plainly, “I don’t know what Justin and these guys have been doing for the last year or so, but they haven’t been in Discord, and the only thing they have given the Party Horses community is a headache. Now they are showing up talking about a horse dinosaur or something. I just don’t get it.“

Wiedmar added, “The bourbon is pretty f*cking delicious, though.”

Party Horses lineup of flavored and non flavored whiskey will join Atomic Brands, a fast-growing spirits producer,  as part of their alcohol portfolio brand. “Every brand in our diverse portfolio focuses on fun and flavor, so Party Horses is a natural fit and exciting addition,” said Don Deubler, CEO of Atomic Brands. “Aside from the bold and awesomely weird branding, we really stand behind the flavor and know consumers will think the same.”

"The whiskey category - flavored and premium bourbon in particular - has had a heck of a run. The American Whiskey category has grown 132% since 2003," said Deubler. "Illustrating an increased interest in the category, However we don't want to lose focus on what consumers are really looking for. Fun. Great taste is table stakes. We are meeting consumers where they are at. Looking to explore and integrate whiskey on their terms."

The first of the Party Horses line of products will begin rolling out to the first wave of states in CT KS KY MI MO OK with more expected.
